Congratulations to the Landmark Class of 2025 on their GCSE, IGCSE, ASDAN and FSMQ Results

We would like to congratulate the eight students of our 2025 graduating class on their GCSE, IGCSE, ASDAN and FSMQ results.

Landmark students study for both IGCSE and GCSE examinations. With the release of today's results, we now have a full picture of their achievements.

Overall, 92% of the results have been 9-4 grades and 47% have been 9-7 grades. Both of these percentages are well above the 2024 national averages of 67% for 9-4 and 22% for 9-7. As a non-selective school which admits students throughout the secondary years, this is an excellent achievement.

In addition to the GCSE and IGCSE achievements, our year 11 students have been successful in the FSMQ and ASDAN qualifications. One of our year 11 students passed the Free Standing Maths Qualification (FSMQ) which we offer to students who wish to continue and extend their maths education. The FSMQ is excellent preparation for those going on to study maths at a higher level. The ASDAN Level 2 Certificate of Personal and Social Effectiveness, a qualification comparable in size to a GCSE, was achieved by another year 11 student.

We would also like to give a special mention to two of our year 10 students who achieved grade 9 and 8 in their language I/GCSE, each taking their examinations early. As an international school, our language provision is a core component of our curriculum and students this year have worked towards qualifications in French, Spanish, German, Persian and Portuguese.

The graduating class of 2025 has shown exceptional resilience and dedication to overcome the challenges that have come their way during their education. The class had the end of their primary schooling taken away by lockdown and the first year of their secondary education disrupted by the pandemic yet they have all strived to succeed. We hope the students can take time to reflect on and celebrate their wide-ranging achievements with their families and friends.

We are very proud of the whole cohort for their achievements.
