Congratulations to the Landmark Class of 2026 on their GCSE, IGCSE, ASDAN and FSMQ Results

We would like to congratulate the eighteen students of our 2026 graduating class on their GCSE, IGCSE, ASDAN and FSMQ results.

Landmark students study for both IGCSE and GCSE examinations. With the release of today's results, we now have a full picture of their achievements.

Overall, 97% of the results were 9-4 grades and 60% were 9-7 grades. Both figures are well above the national averages of 67% for 9-4 and 22% for 9-7. All students achieved at least five 9-4 grades including English and Maths. As a non-selective school which admits students throughout the secondary years, this is an outstanding result.

Every student's results this year tell a story of hard work paying off: from a student who achieved all grade 9s, to four students who joined us at the very start of Year 11 and rose to the challenge of entirely new courses in under a year, to others who exceeded their own targets against real personal challenges. We are proud of every single one.

In addition to the GCSE and IGCSE achievements, our year 11 students have been successful in the FSMQ and ASDAN qualifications. One of our year 11 students passed the Free Standing Maths Qualification (FSMQ) with the top grade. The FSMQ is excellent preparation for those going on to study maths at a higher level. The ASDAN Level 2 Certificate of Personal and Social Effectiveness, a qualification comparable in size to a GCSE, was achieved by two of our year 11 students.

We would also like to give a special mention to one of our year 10 students who achieved a grade 7 in a language IGCSE taken a year early. As an international school, our language provision is a core component of our curriculum.

The graduating class of 2026 has achieved an exceptional set of results. These results will stand them in excellent stead for the next steps in their education. We hope the students can take time to reflect on and celebrate their wide-ranging achievements with their families and friends.

The whole cohort should take pride in what they have achieved.
